there were major problems with those kits. leave them alone and buy a turbokit. much more hp output and less problems. people have gone thru as many as 5 of the trd superchargers. do your research first.

You guys realize that TRD does not sell this anymore right? I had inquired about it when I bought my 2010 Scion tC, and they were very clear about the kit not being made or sold anymore. They wouldn’t even sell me the one in the display case. If you can find one, buy it, because they won’t be around forever!!!

that’s a really horrible stock power output for a 2.4l engine nowadays, my 1995 2.0l the same amount of power as this one with the super charger with minimum modifications, and no forced induction, it may not have been emissions legal, but there is no emissions testing in this area. For the cost of this kit, one would hope to have a much larger power gain than this has.
